Previous Experience: Meghan's previous experience includes working as a Youth In Need Street Outreach Worker for homeless and runaway youth, Rapid Rehousing Caseworker at the YWCA working with homelessness and survivors of IPV/SV, and Service Manager at Healing Action for 2 years.
Practicum Experiences: Meghan’s previous practicum experience includes working at the Jonesboro City Grants Department for homelessness efforts, the HUB – Jonesboro, AR's local homeless resource center, YWCA STL Sexual Assault Response Team/Crisis Intervention Team, YWCA STL Counseling Department providing CPT, and St. Louis City / County Court Watch.
Therapeutic interventions: Meghan’s therapy style includes using Somatic Experiencing, Brain Spotting, and EMDR. I also love to incorporate different mindfulness, DBT, or CBT skills.
